A creamy, real-white-chocolate peppermint syrup that turns any homemade latte into a holiday treat. Rich, smooth, and made with ACTUAL white chocolate (no oils or fillers).
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk or half & half
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz real white chocolate, chopped
(Look for cocoa butter in the ingredients — Ghirardelli, Lindt, Guittard, or Valrhona) - ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add milk, cream, and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat until steaming (do not boil).
- Add the chopped real white chocolate and whisk until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Let cool slightly, then pour into a glass bottle.
- Refrigerate and shake before using (white chocolate settles slightly).
Notes
- Real white chocolate melts perfectly and gives a glossy, creamy syrup — avoid “white baking chips” made with palm oil.
- If the mixture thickens too much after chilling, warm briefly in hot water to loosen.
- Use 1–2 tablespoons per latte depending on sweetness.
