Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Syrup (Real White Chocolate Recipe)

A creamy, real-white-chocolate peppermint syrup that turns any homemade latte into a holiday treat. Rich, smooth, and made with ACTUAL white chocolate (no oils or fillers).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or half & half
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz real white chocolate, chopped
    (Look for cocoa butter in the ingredients — Ghirardelli, Lindt, Guittard, or Valrhona)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add milk, cream, and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until steaming (do not boil).
  3. Add the chopped real white chocolate and whisk until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Let cool slightly, then pour into a glass bottle.
  6. Refrigerate and shake before using (white chocolate settles slightly).

Notes

  • Real white chocolate melts perfectly and gives a glossy, creamy syrup — avoid “white baking chips” made with palm oil.
  • If the mixture thickens too much after chilling, warm briefly in hot water to loosen.
  • Use 1–2 tablespoons per latte depending on sweetness.
