Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or half & half
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz real white chocolate cocoa butter based, chopped
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Heat until steaming, then add chopped white chocolate.
  • Whisk until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint and vanilla extracts.
  • Cool before bottling.

Notes

  • Use real white chocolate (cocoa butter) for best flavor and smoothness.
  • If too thick after chilling, warm bottle in hot water.
  • Shake well before each use.
