Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Syrup

- 1 cup whole milk or half & half
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz real white chocolate cocoa butter based, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Combine milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Heat until steaming, then add chopped white chocolate.
Whisk until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint and vanilla extracts.
Cool before bottling.
